I’m Jen Kirsch—a 54-year-old personal trainer, nutrition coach, and creator of STRAIGHT UP STRENGTH.
Back in the day, I was your classic cardio junkie and endurance athlete. But when I hit my 40s (hello hormones and perimenopause!), my priorities started to shift.
That’s when I discovered the power of strength training.
Now, don’t get me wrong—I still love a good cardio session, and you’ll find it in most of my programs. But these days, I’m all about efficient workouts that build real strength without hours on the treadmill. I designed the STRAIGHT UP STRENGTH SERIES for midlife women who want to feel strong, fit, and energized. With these workouts, you’ll spend less time working out and more time enjoying life—all while building lean muscle and staying vibrant in midlife.
