I’m Jen Kirsch—a 55-year-old personal trainer, nutrition coach, and creator of STRAIGHT UP STRENGTH.
Back in the day, I was your classic cardio junkie and endurance athlete. But when I hit my 40s (hello hormones and perimenopause!), my priorities started to shift.
That’s when I discovered the power of strength training.
Now, don’t get me wrong—I still love a good cardio session, and you’ll find it in most of my programs. But these days, I’m all about efficient workouts that build real strength without hours on the treadmill.
I designed the STRAIGHT UP STRENGTH SERIES for midlife women who want to feel strong, fit, and energized.
