Here’s How You’ll Succeed in 7 Days

As your trainer for the weekI’ll make sure you get a safe and effective workout in less than 30 minutes.  All of the workouts are prerecorded in the app—so you can press play whenever it works best for you.

Each workout can be done at home with pair of dumbbells. Long enough to see results, short enough to actually fit into your busy day.

I’ll also be checking in with you daily for an extra layer of encouragement and accountability—and you’ll be part of an amazing group of like-minded women cheering you on every step of the way.

I've Now Done Over 200 Workouts!

So happy I tried the SUS series. That was a year and a half ago and I have done over 200 workouts! Life gets in the way sometimes. I am taking care of my mother lot and I have grand babies to go see etc. but I just jump back in when I can.

I’m a Certified Personal Trainer and Nutrition Coach and I’ve spent the last 30 years helping women just like you feel stronger, healthier, and more confident.

I’ve coached thousands of women through my online at-home programs like Straight-Up Strength and Stronger U, and one thing I’ve learned is this: you don’t need the latest trend or endless hours in the gym to see real results.
