My job as your trainer is to make sure every move is safe and effective, so you can get stronger without worrying about injury. All of the workouts are prerecorded in the app—so you can press play whenever it works best for you.
Each workout is just 20–30 minutes and requires only a pair of dumbbells. Long enough to see results, short enough to actually fit into your busy day.
I’ll also be checking in with you daily for an extra layer of encouragement and accountability—and you’ll be part of an amazing group of like-minded women cheering you on every step of the way.

I've Now Done Over 200 Workouts!
So happy I tried the SUS series. That was a year and a half ago and I have done over 200 workouts! Life gets in the way sometimes. I am taking care of my mother lot and I have grand babies to go see etc. but I just jump back in when I can.
