Functional Strength Based Workouts
STRONGER U is a beginner firendly program designed to help you build strength and lean muscle right from home. Each week you will receive 3 TOTAL BODY workouts and one CORE workout.
You’ll have access in the app for 8 weeks which will allow you to complete the program twice if you wish!
Workout Schedule
You'll receive your workouts in my training app, programmed with a calendar to follow, and the ability to track your progress as you work through your program.
You'll also receive access to an ON DEMAND section with primer workouts you can access before the program even begins!
Video Demonstrations
I've provided tutorial videos for each and every workout of STRONGER U. This way you'll exactly what to expect in each workout and how to perform each exercise safely and effectively..
Then you'll follow along step by step with suggested weights and reps for each exercise all listed in the app
