After years of struggling with digestive disorders and unwanted weight gain in my early 40’s, I felt like my body was betraying me.
Despite being a dedicated fitness trainer, practicing 'healthy' eating, and maintaining a vigorous workout schedule, I found myself grappling with unwanted weight gain.
For the first time in my life, I was gaining weight without doing anything different. It felt like it happened overnight.
I felt like I was doing all the 'right' things I'd always done, but it wasn’t working for me at all anymore.
I took a deep dive into all things midlife health for women and developed my own system. Following the science of macro-based whole foods nutrition combined with mindfulness tools, I was finally able to break through and change my body composition.
Once I made these key shifts to my lifestyle, my hormones stabilized, my hot flashes diminished, my digestive discomfort disappeared and I arrived at a weight I could easily manage without deprivation or extreme workouts.
