I Finally Do Strength Training

Jen, you are so very helpful. I have, as you mentioned, paid for other options that I didn’t complete. But you’re so wonderful and I don’t want to over enthuse but I wouldn’t have completed this without you! I finally do strength training and I can’t thank you enough! It’s your awesome personality that makes this work!

30-40 Minutes is Perfect!

Most days 30-40 minutes is perfect but on days when I had more time I often added on a metcon or did some yoga on my own. I like the way that your program is set up because I can adjust it to the amount of time I have available. On tired days or when I was struggling, the 30-35 min was great because it always seemed doable and not overwhelming.
