We all know staying in shape as you get older takes effort.  Like, a lot more.


At age 55, I can honestly tell you that the hours of endless cardio and light weights that got me kept me in shape in my 20’s and 30’s simply doesn’t cut it anymore.

We know why this is, but yet too many women aren't making strength training enough of a priority.  If you want to feel and look lean and fit in midlife and beyond, you're going to need to start strenth training.
